What is RE:FORM® Archive?
We’re an outlet selling RE:FORM® and other products at discounted prices. We’re not the brand; we just offer the goods. RE:FORM® and RE:FINE™ are trademarks of their respective owners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and other payment methods at checkout (powered by Stripe). Payment is via our secure checkout page. We don’t take cash or bank transfer.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. Use the currency selector in the header or footer. Checkout will show prices in your chosen currency where we support it.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Each product page shows stock (e.g. “In stock”, “Only X left”, “Out of stock”). We have limited quantities; we’ll confirm once your order is placed.
Do your wallets have RFID protection?
No. They’re designed to stay thin, so we don’t add RFID blocking.
How do I place an order?
Add items to the cart, go to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and pay. You’ll get a confirmation email.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam or write to hi@reformarchive.store.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email us as soon as you can. If we haven’t shipped yet, we’ll try to help. We can’t promise changes once the order is in progress.
Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in Chicago (ORD), Fukuoka (FUK), and Hong Kong (HKG). We ship from the nearest one where stock is available.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship from the nearest warehouse within 1–2 workdays (unless the product page says otherwise, e.g. preorder). We’ll email you tracking when it’s on its way. Shipping cost doesn’t include your country’s taxes or duties.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–3 weeks for international orders. Delays can happen (e.g. customs or carrier).
How can I track my order?
We send a tracking link by email when it ships. Use that to see status and estimated delivery.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Your country may charge import duties or tax when the parcel arrives. We don’t set or collect these; your customs office can tell you the rules and amounts.
What is your return policy?
As an outlet we generally don't offer refunds after an order is placed. We may make exceptions. You must contact us before sending anything back; we can't accept returns we didn't approve. You pay return postage. Full details: Terms.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email hi@reformarchive.store with your order details and reason. We'll reply with next steps. Process: Returns & Exchanges.
Do you offer warranty?
We don’t offer the brand’s lifetime warranty, but we’ll help where we can. If something’s wrong and it wasn’t misuse, and we have the same item in stock, we’ll try to arrange an exchange. A fee (e.g. delivery) may apply. Contact us with proof of purchase.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Please contact us quickly with details and photos if you can. We’ll look into it and sort something out (e.g. replacement or refund for that item).
