How to request a return or exchange and what to expect.
RE:FORM® Archive is an outlet store. Our return and refund rules are in our Terms. Here's how to request a return or exchange.
Email us at hi@reformarchive.store with your order details and reason for return. We will review each request individually. Do not send items back without our approval—returns that have not been approved in advance will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
To exchange an item, request a return as above. If your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Quality & exchanges: We're an outlet, so our warranty isn't the same as the brand's—but we're here to help. If your item has a fault (not from misuse) and we have stock, we'll do our best to arrange an exchange. A fee (e.g. for delivery) may apply. See our Terms (returns & refunds) for details.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@reformarchive.store so we can help.
